By accessing or using Brandatomy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

Description of the Service

Brandatomy is a platform designed for verified medical professionals that enables users to connect their TikTok accounts using TikTok Login Kit and publish educational medical videos or photos directly to TikTok with explicit user authorization.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use TikTok and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional medical standards to use Brandatomy. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and all applicable medical and professional requirements.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Brandatomy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the service for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities
  • Publish content without proper rights, permissions, or professional authority
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
  • Misuse TikTok APIs or access TikTok data beyond the granted scopes

TikTok Integration and Scope Usage

Brandatomy integrates with TikTok using TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting APIs. With your explicit consent, Brandatomy may request and use the following TikTok API scopes:

  • user.info.basic – used solely to identify your TikTok account and associate it with your Brandatomy account
  • video.upload – used to upload videos or photos that you explicitly select and approve for posting
  • video.publish – used to publish approved content to your own TikTok account

Brandatomy does not upload or publish content automatically, in bulk, or without your direct action and approval. You may revoke Brandatomy’s access at any time through TikTok account settings or within the Brandatomy platform.

User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or publish through Brandatomy. By using the service, you grant Brandatomy a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of uploading and publishing it to TikTok on your behalf.

Medical Content Disclaimer

Brandatomy does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or personalized medical advice. All content published through the platform is for educational purposes only and is the sole responsibility of the content creator.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, branding, and related materials are the intellectual property of Brandatomy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time to improve or maintain the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandatomy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated, if misuse of TikTok APIs is detected, or if required by law or platform policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
